Customized Registration

Registration is where you either gain or lose a viewer for your webcast. We can help you achieve your registration goals by creating a custom registration page that captures the specific data you need to gather from every participant. In the custom registration process, you can include all our standard viewer management features such as confirmation email and calendar attachment, scheduled reminder emails, and post event emails. Additionally, our engineers can integrate your project with enterprise active directories and other external or internal registration systems. We can also add additional security to your webcasts using password-protection.

System Integration

Many of our clients integrate our software with their existing infrastructure using our APIs. Our team will work closely with your IT department to ensure all systems are integrated as desired. Our professional services group can complete the integration or set up a sandbox environment for your IT group to work with our APIs. On-Site and Remote Customized Training

In addition to the basic training given to all MediaPlatform Broadcaster and MediaPlatform Portal users, MediaPlatform offers additional training for users looking to gain advanced knowledge of the software. This training can be customized to fit your interests, business objectives and skill sets.
