Report is Complementary to Gartner’s 2018 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Video Content Management in which MediaPlatform is Named a Leader
LOS ANGELES, CA—April 3, 2019 – Gartner ranked MediaPlatform’s enterprise video platform within the highest quartile of three of four enterprise video use case scores in the Gartner Critical Capabilities for Enterprise Video Content Management market. MediaPlatform’s scores, as well as its comparative ranking, rose in all categories since the last Gartner Critical Capabilities for EVCM report was published.
MediaPlatform received its own highest score for ‘Internal Executive Messaging,’ which MediaPlatform believes is an enterprise video application that is the mainstay of its offering.
The new Gartner research complements the 2018 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Video Content Management, in which MediaPlatform was named a Leader for the second time.
Gartner noted: " Enterprise video content management provides a comprehensive set of capabilities that support use cases served by the delivery of video for the enterprise. Application leaders should consider EVCM as a key component of the digital workplace.”
MediaPlatform ranked within the three highest scores for Gartner’s ‘Internal Executive Messaging’ enterprise video use case.
