It might seem contradictory, but we’re celebrating a decade of proudly providing our customers with live event and professional service precisely because they are becoming so rare in a world of self-service SaaS platforms.
We looked at our services numbers over the last decade and they were impressive:
- Live webcasts provided as a service account for 38% of all live webcasts and are provided by MediaPlatform’s white-glove Broadcast Services team;
- Customer live webcast volume has grown from 250 in 2010 to more than 50,000 by the end of the decade;
- MediaPlatform has provisioned events for more than 25 million viewers;
- We’ve seen nearly 300% growth in customer events supported by MediaPlatform Broadcast Services in the last year alone.
Our event, professional and support services will continue to be at the center of what makes us, us.
